What to Expect at a Center
Before visiting a Sukyo Mahikari center, please call to confirm the center hours. When you arrive, there will be staff or practitioners to welcome you.
The room in which the light is practiced is an open, studio-like space, with a focal point which intensifies the light energy. People take off their shoes when they enter and walk on the carpeted area.
People give and receive light on cushions or chairs. Typically, people make an offering to show their appreciation. Please plan on spending about one hour for your experience at the center.
