SUKYO MAHIKARI YOUTH GROUP 2009 GOALS

Official Goals for 2009:


1.      THE SUKYO MAHIKARI YOUTH GROUP OF NORTH AMERICA RESOLVES TO GIVE 4,000 PEOPLE LIGHT MONTHLY (48,000 people annually)

    • If we are allowed to surpass the goal of giving 4,000 people Light monthly, we will then increase the highest total number by 10% for the following month.

 

2.      SUKYO MAHIKARI YOUTH GROUP MEMBERS WILL GUIDE 150 NEW MEMBERS TO THE PRIMARY COURSE

    • We have approximately 150 Tai in the North American Region, and we would like each Tai member to guide at least one person this year.

3.      10% OF ALL NORTH AMERICAN REGION YOUTH GROUP MEMBERS WILL ELEVATE OMITAMA (15 MEMBERS)

 

 

Additional Items to Master for 2009:

 

  • Memorize the MISSIONS OF THE MAHIKARI YOUTH GROUP in Japanese and English.
    • This will help all Tai Members understand their mission as Youth Group Members
  • Participate in community service projects.
  • Improve communication with all Youth Group members and with staff members.
  • Continue/Start nurturing youth in your center and encourage them to be of greater service.
  • Master Manners & Etiquette through:
    • Kyoren – Marching Drills
    • Always thinking of your surroundings
    • Practicing altruistic love
